Terms of Service

Welcome to Your Way Photography LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking our photography services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide photography services as outlined in our Photography Contract. All sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

2. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full upon booking to secure your session date and time. Payments can be made via [credit card, PayPal, cash, etc.].

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their session with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Intellectual Property

All images captured during the session are the intellectual property of Your Way Photography LLC. Clients are granted a license to use the images for personal purposes but may not edit, alter, or modify them without prior discussion with us. We retain the right to use images for promotional purposes.

5. Photo Storage and Expiration

Your Way Photography LLC is not responsible for storing photos indefinitely. All online galleries are subject to expiration within 30 days of delivery. We strongly urge clients to download and securely back up their photos before the 30-day mark. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee the availability of the photos.

6. Liability

Your Way Photography LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Your Way Photography LLC from any claims or liabilities related to the photography session.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website.
